Your
single Save My Life out on the 13th June, what is the story
behind the single? Is Save Your Live coming from your life
experiences?
This
song came from being inspired from a relationship, A bad relationship
but you just cant walk away there is to much history.
Have
you made the video for Save My Life?
We
shot the video a couple of weeks ago, it's a house party environment,
we shot the video in one day, the concept is i'm at a party
and get into a argument with a girl and i just can't walk
away.
Do
you write all your own music? where did you find your inspiration?
All
my music is wrote by myself, i find inspiration from everyday
experiences, actual events, party's, breakups that sort of
thing.
In
terms of chart success what are your expectations towards
Save My Life?
You
know i'm not really sure what to expect, i have had some really
good feedback, the charts at the moment you have Plan B and
Professor Green, i kinda have that sort of vibe myself, Save
My Life has real potential to do as well as them, i hope it
does, i'm just hoping for the best and i hope you all like
it.
Save
My Life features a big collaboration how did this come about?
Have your previously worked together?
Save
My Life really came about with Wickaman and J Majik doing
a remix and then we had the idea to work together, we really
liked this track so much that we decided to turn it into a
commercial track, we just clicked and it all came together
really natural, we are really happy with how the track has
worked out and excited to be releaseing it.
With
Save My Life it has the big beats and rap, is this the kind
of sound and style we can expect from your album?
From
my album the tracks are varied, you can expect a little bit
of indie, drum and base, there is different genres attached
to this cd, some real uplifting tracks, the fastest track
on there is the single Save My Life, it's party music, making
this cd has been a lot of fun and i can't wait to get it out
there perform live.
just waiting to see how the single does and hopefully release
around September time, nothing 100% confirmed at the moment.
Have
you got any live gigs coming up throughout the summer?
I
have a few shows coming up throughout May, a few festivals,
some dates not confirmed they will be announced as single
comes out, hopefully more D,J work i will keep everyone updated
at my official web site (www.byobmusic.com)
What
can we expect from your live shows?
What
can you expect? I love to put on a real live fun show, up
tempo music, high uptained beats live, the music will reflect
each song, being on stage i want a feel good atmosphere, everyone
enjoying themselves, having fun.
What
is next for you?
Next for me is the build up to this single being released
on the 13th June, the video coming out, djing, getting out
there meeting people doing PA's, seeing how big the impact
this single has, hopefully another single out, then perhaps
another one after that, then the album.
